We also believe it is a resource that every church should have access to which is why this year alongside The Leadership Academy we are launching a new partnership scheme that aims to help you create your own ‘Leadership Academy’ in your church.

Already in partnership:

Your best leaders are found in the heart and core of your church – young and emerging leaders who carry a real spirit of son and daughtership, with whom you are able to connect and effectively disciple.

As a result there is a growing desire by many churches to provide their own leadership training programmes which allow them to create an internship environment of both learning and on-the-job practical experience.

However, providing a full and comprehensive training programme can often be found to be both time-consuming and expensive for churches to facilitate.
